Spotipaw operates this online store providing premium pet care products and services. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Spotipaw. By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies.

4. Products and Orders

We work hard to display our products as accurately as possible. However as we work with multiple trusted suppliers minor variations in product appearance or packaging may occasionally occur.

By placing an order you acknowledge that:

  • Products ship directly from our USA-based supplier warehouses
  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the USA
  • Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages
  • Orders are an offer to purchase and may be declined at our discretion
  • Once an order is processing it generally cannot be modified or cancelled

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase you authorize Spotipaw to charge your payment method for the full order amount. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Spotipaw product. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find the best solution. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Product Use and Disclaimer

Spotipaw products are designed for pet care and household use only. Always read product instructions before use. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use of our products. Keep all products away from children unless designed for child-safe use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Spotipaw website including our logo, brand name, product descriptions and images is the property of Spotipaw. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Spotipaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

10. Shopify Relationship

PAAK is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and PAAK. Shopify is not a party to any transaction and bears no responsibility for purchases made on our store.

  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Upload malware, viruses or harmful code
