At Spotipaw we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
We ship all orders from our USA warehouses. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Multiple Suppliers
Because Spotipaw carries a curated selection of premium pet products from multiple trusted USA-based suppliers, orders containing more than one product may occasionally arrive in separate packages at different times. Do not be alarmed if you receive part of your order first — the rest is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at info@hirashope.com.

Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Spotipaw is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
