Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@hirashope.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@hirashope.com and we'll arrange an exchange.
